Now that the petition has reached 25,000 signatures (on my birthday no less!) a call blitz to the first Senator will be announced staring the week of Dec 1st since next week is a short week for Thanksgiving. A short phone script is being prepared to insure that a united message is delivered. Registered mail will be sent to each legislator which will include a hardcopy of the petition; signature and comment file (on CD) which has now grown to 344 pages. USPS tracking numbers will be posted to the petition. Please be advised that Change.org automatically increases the signature goal so as not to lose any additional signatures/comments.
