Following an antibiotic regimen twice the length and double the recommended treatment dose outlined by the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA), our patient still experiences symptoms of fatigue and arthralgia consistent with PTLDS. There is a need for diagnostic tests sensitive enough and specific enough for identifying LD in all stages of infection. Read more.....
