"The email included a draft resignation letter for them to review. If a person wishes to resign, they will be able to reply with the word "resign."

Dr. Marques,

Please do us all a favor and resign from your NIH position at the Lyme Disease Studies Unit so we no longer have to contend with your so-called “viewpoints” suppressing/concealing evidence of antibiotic resistance.

Maybe then we will get our Manhattan Project (1) to find a cure for this antibiotic resistant/tolerant superbug.

“In the fullness of time, the mainstream handling of Chronic Lyme Disease will be viewed as one of the most shameful episodes in the history of medicine because elements of academic medicine, elements of government, and the entire insurance industry colluded to deny a disease.”    -Kenneth B. Liegner, MD, Internal Medicine, New York
