As you know, Eugene Shapiro who has spent a career discrediting the sick and disabled [1] was appointed to the Tick-Borne Disease Working Group.
There appears to be similarities with the mishandling of Lyme to AIDS denialism.

For nearly forty years now we have been dealing with an antibiotic resistant/tolerant superbug [2] and until such time that our public health officials recognize persistent Borellia infection (Chronic Lyme), your constituents will remain sick indefinitely.
What does the nomination of Shapiro to the Tick Borne Disease Working Group tell us about our Public Health Officials??? Once again I have to ask the question, is the mishandling of Lyme disease a result of incompetence or collusion?
