Shortly after posting yesterday's letter to the petition site addressed to Dr. Giroir I received the following comment from Dr. Vincent Tedone who created the Deanna Protocol® Metabolic Plan for ALS. Dr. Vincent Tedone’s daughter developed Lou Gehrig's disease but also tested positive for Borrelia burgdorferi after taking the Provocative Antibiotic Test devised by Alfred Miller, MD to determine if your neurodegenerative disease is caused by the Borrelia bacteria and co-infections.
Comment from Dr. Vincent Tedone:
Every patient who has an neurodegenerative disease and takes the provocative antibiotics test then is tested at a specialty laboratory tests positive or Borrelia. This included MS, PD ALS and some AD. Lyme disease is only one manifestation of a Borrelia infection.
