The following letter was sent to the CDC prior to their upcoming webinar on Tickborne Disease Diagnostics. All email addresses are public record and found on the Health and Human Services employee directory: http://directory.psc.gov/employee.htm
These individuals are public servants who have colluded to deny a life-altering/life threatening infection capable of ruining lives. Misdiagnosed or untreated Lyme can create irreversible damage and total disability while these facts have been hidden from the public for nearly forty years.
The focus has always been on the acute stage of disease after the bulls-eye rash and early treatment (Wormser studies funded by the CDC) Scientific misconduct or criminal offense: https://www.change.org/p/the-us-senate-calling-for-a-congressional-investigation-of-the-cdc-idsa-and-aldf/u/14006106 so there are no treatment guidelines for the advanced stage disabled Lyme patient; in other words, a “do-it-yourself” plague. The worldwide medical community is practicing willful ignorance misguided by the CDC, IDSA and American Lyme Disease Foundation as illustrated in the cartoon posted to this update. Lyme has been trivialized as a simple nuisance disease.
Consider writing your own email demanding that the CDC upgrade Lyme disease to the health threat it truly represents equal to AIDS and Zika justifying a Manhattan Project to help the growing number of critically ill Lyme patients.
Turning a blind eye to the disabled Lyme patient population is a crime against humanity on a global scale as worldwide health agencies are blindly following what has been deceptively established here in the United States.

Subject: Updates on Tickborne Disease Diagnostics
The HHS Working Group on Lyme and Other Tickborne Diseases invites you to participate in an upcoming webinar:
Updates on Tickborne Disease Diagnostics
June 8, 2017 from 12:00 pm – 1:30pm EDT
https://www.cdc.gov/lyme/resources/HHSwebinar2017.pdf
Dr. Paul Mead, Claudia Molins, Marty Schriefer, Cecilia Kato, Maliha Ilias, Noel Gerald
May 26, 2017
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
3156 Rampart Rd
Fort Collins, CO 80521
Dr. Mead,
Lyme disease is capable of producing sudden death with no warning signs; [1,2,3,] heart damage requiring transplant, [4] paralysis with seizures, [5] lymphoma [6] and persistent infection after antibiotic treatment [7, 8,9,10,11] along with congenital transmission [12] and ability to create wheelchair bound patients [13]. The last time we recognized a disease with this potential to cause serious harm, (Zika) the CDC wanted 1.8 billion for research. [14]
Quote from Senator Richard Blumenthal:
"Today for me culminates more than a decade of work and probably a decade more, because I've seen firsthand the devastating, absolutely unacceptable damage done by Lyme disease to individual human beings, Connecticut children and residents whose lives have been changed forever as a result of Lyme disease”

There are no Public Service Announcements informing the public that you could become horribly disabled from Lyme disease. WHY?
Misdiagnosed and untreated Lyme disease causes severe disability and irreversible damage as Dr. Neil Spector from Duke University required a heart transplant after his Lyme went four years undiagnosed while antibody tests for Lyme were repeatedly negative.
“A rare but potentially life-threatening disease, rheumatic fever is a complication of untreated strep throat caused by bacteria called group A streptococcus.”
Source:
http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/understanding-rheumatic-fever-basics#1
Rheumatic fever is nearly nonexistent since most strep infections have been treated timely and properly in the industrialized world.
Lyme disease with its serious life-altering consequences has been hidden from the public for nearly four decades. Faulty/misleading antibody tests for Lyme disease are the root cause of unimaginable pain and suffering.
Lyme disease belongs in the same health threat category as AIDS and Zika and with over 300,000 cases annually Lyme is now six times the AIDS epidemic and twice as prevalent as breast cancer.
The Centers for Disease Control is 100% responsible for this runaway plague with unacceptable testing, inadequate treatment, lack of medical training and absolutely no disease control. This is an epic forty year failure of the nation’s health protection agency responsible for the health and wellbeing of all Americans.

Faulty/misleading antibody tests landed a sixteen year old male in a psychiatric ward when his lab results did not meet the CDC’s strict criteria for positive results. His Western blot had only four of the required five IgG bands. Subsequent DNA sequencing identified a spirochetemia in this patient’s blood so his psychiatric issues were a result of neurologic Lyme disease misdiagnosed by antiquated/misleading serology. This patient was previously treated with antibiotics.
