Students receiving reimbursement / substitue lectures for the upcoming strikes

The Issue

Due to the upcoming strikes at Universities globally, students grades are going to be drastically affected. Universities not providing any reimbursement, even though they are not providing the correct services which students pay £9000 a year for, nor are universities providing students with substitute lectures. This is extremely problematic for first, second and third-year students due to their upcoming examinations and assignments which contribute to their final gradings. Additionally, this is not going to be taken into consideration when tutors are marking their work and students are still expected to submit assignments and attend examinations on the original date. However, they are not being provided with the correct content for their modules and are expected to partake in completely independent research/learning which is not following university procedures and expectations.

Please help by signing this petition/ writing to universities to express our concerns.
