Join us for a public rally on Thursday 14th July

Thursday 14th July, Town Hall Square, Leicester (4pm to 5pm) Please join us and show your support for the Save Vaughan Centre Campaign by joining our gathering to Lobby members of Leicester City Council before their meeting at 5pm. This is a public opportunity to show the strength of local feeling about the University of Leicester's proposed closure of the Vaughan Centre. The University is threatening to a Centre which gives mature and part-time students the chance to gain specialist qualifications. The proposal would bring to an end a tradition of Adult Education in Leicester which stretches back over 150 years. - Campaigning messages and banners - Petition signing and Vaughan Stories 'photo booth' - All are welcome to this family-friendly and positive rally of support We hope to see you there!
