The US Supreme Court has been hobbled in 4/4 gridlock for over a year by the Republican Senate majority who violated their oath to the US Constitution and had no Constitutional authority to ignore President Obama's appointment to replace Scalia who died February 13, 2016. And they had no right to defer it to "the next president". There can be no such rights that allows the Congress to cripple both of the other branches of gov't. Since the Senate passed on their right and Constitutional responsibility to advise and consent Obama's appointment should be seated immediately. By order of the US Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court itself has been frozen for over a year since Scalia's death. They should not stand for this. + It looks like Trump is going to be a while getting his man in place.
