Then why there is discrimination with only the Non-NET fellowship recipients, why they should be treated as second-class researcher? Why they should be paid a measly amount of fellowship? Do they work less? Do they work less hard? Do they produce less than what others produce? Do their family pay less tax? Then why should we remain satisfied with a hike of some few thousand of money?
