With the humble Moustached man having been represented for a while now and all of your recent additions of races etc, is it not time that your average man-with-beard gets represented?

A plain white clock gets 24 different variations, yet there's no beard! 

The Unicode Consortium (who decide what new emojis to add) will actually listen - they have a section in each update outlining the emojis that were added due to popular request (most recently hot dogs and unicorns!).
