Too many Cats are hit by careless drivers and left to die in agony because it is not law to report cats as they are not considered a working animal. Regardless of them not  being a working animal they are still a living creature and deserve the same respect. A lot of cats that are hit and killed are someone's pet and are very much loved and when they go missing the owners are frantically looking for them ,I know this as it has happened 2 of my beloved cats . Please take the time to sign this petition and give cats the same dignity and respect as a dog would have.
