As we all know, the emissions regulations is a bit unfair and considers electric cars as 'zero emission at the tailpipe', they obviously don't have one, but the manufacture of the batteries actually means an EV is MORE polluting when leaving the factory, and when you couple this with the quite frankly ridiculous number of vehicle chargers there would need to be, we can't see total emissions actually going down.
