I don’t understand how in this day and age people can walk free from court for physically hurting/killing and abandoning a defenceless animal it knocks me sick it’s needs dealing with correctly, a animal bites a human it gets put to sleep but yes it’s allowed that humans can do as they please with a animal this needs to STOP at least 5/10 years sentence this should carry I think you should also be able to have a licence to have a animal too prove you can care and provide for the animal
