Forensic testing is not a luxury—it is a basic investigative necessity, especially in unresolved cases where the truth still has a chance to be uncovered.

I am urging you to take immediate steps to:

Authorize and complete comprehensive forensic testing on all available evidence in Armani Dante Morgan’s case.
Explain publicly why this testing has been denied for so long.
Assure the public that your department is committed to justice.

Failure to act reinforces public perception that DPD is intentionally avoiding accountability. 

Justice delayed is justice denied—and the clock has been ticking for eight long years.

Please do the right thing. Armani’s family, and all families of unsolved homicide victims, deserve better.
