The issue
There is NO democracy in the present planning system or the 30 Year Plan
Communities have been ignored in relation to Planning for too long.
It is time to put people back into planning & embed genuine community engagment in the planning system.
Local councils need to be re-instated as the principal planning decision makers
With the people involved in the planning process, decisions will be made which are the best for the community at large.
We need a government with the courage to put people back in to planning.
