Hello all,
I spoke during the recent phone call with the State Bar and gave them our demand for diploma privileges and asked for their decision to be made by May 1st. To my knowledge there has not been an official vote on the matter or any updates from the committee. However, we are continuing to move forward and organize!
So what’s next? Well there is another group of law students that are highly organized at this point and I feel we should combine efforts. I just received an email from them with a few letter drafts and directions on who to send them to. They’re also trying to garner media attention.

The more we organize, the better chance we have of getting what we want. Do not lose hope! It isn’t over yet. We deserve to be able to work in a profession we have sacrificed so much for without further delay and without a risk of catching the virus while testing!!
