The man police arrested for kicking a 1 year old baby and shouting racial slurs — Trace Riff, 31 — has a history of mental illness, homelessness, not reporting to parole officers, drug use and violent crimes, records show. He is on probation in Oklahoma for a felony meth charge. He should not have been able to obtain bail due to the risk of harm to children particularly African American children. We demand he have his bail revoked and remain incarcerated until his court date.
