The New Seattle Center Arena Delays Forces WNBA's Storm To Wait Even Further

Hello Seattle Basketball Fans,

Earlier today, there is some bad news on both sides between the Seattle Center and the WNBA's Storm basketball team. As of right now, Seattle Center Arena pushes back to Summer 2021 because of the budget rising costs of up to $930 million, though it shouldn't affect the rewarded NHL expansion. Because of a further delay, the Seattle Storm will have to play the alternative arenas of UW's Alaska Airlines and Everett's Angel of the Winds as home games for an additional year to the 2019 and 2020 seasons. The more we wait for the new arena to come by, the longer we will lose our patience, which also means that there won't be large capacity concerts in the proper Seattle for the next three summers. So, we must keep signing and sharing the petition and donate for more signatures that we need a brand new NBA-standard arena in the SoDo District so that we can at least have the first tenants of the Seattle Storm (WNBA) and Redhawks (NCAAM). Please, take further action to get extra attention, immediately.
