Listen up! We know that Chris Hansen's plan for the SoDo Arena isn't over, but we can't just wait for the NBA acquisition before the new arena would be building soon after that. The good part of the news is that Gary Payton says that we will have an NBA team back to this city in the next three to four years. That means this now a good time to get the street vacation for the SoDo Arena approved before it would be too late for having yet even to build the basketball venue in the stadium district.
