Problem
Extreme pressures on parking at St John's Hospital in Livingston is making it increasingly difficult for staff and patients to park at St John's Hospital. These pressures are also spilling out onto neighbouring streets causing issues for local residents. 

Solution
Call on the Scottish Government to fully fund NHS Lothian to build a multi-storey car park to ease parking pressures at St John's Hospital.
