The Santa Ana City Council majority has started the New Year by threatening to fire our great City Manager, Paul Walters - the same dedicated city employee who last year saved our city from a huge budget crisis. The Council is meeting again on Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, to discuss firing Walters - for purely political reasons as part of their ongoing attack on our popular Mayor, Miguel Pulido.

Walters previously slashed crime rates in our city as our Chief of Police. Home values rose because of his hard work and this is how the Council thanks him?

We need to let this Council know that firing Walters is not acceptable! They need to remember that they serve us - and we want the stability and professionalism that Walters has always brought to the table.
