Homeopathy doesn't work. If it did, there would be clinical trials that show that it does, just like with real medicine. Some alternative medicines do work, but the elements of those are identified, extracted and isolated and become part of mainstream medicine.

While there are funding problems in the NHS whereby patients with cancer cannot get the treatment the need so desperately, it is idiotic and immoral to spend the tax-payer funded budget on pseudo-medicine that can be practiced legally by someone with no qualifications.
