James Matthews, a former soldier, went to Syria to fight against ISIS. It is so wrong, on his return to UK, to single him out for prosecution.  Our own military personnel are fighting ISIS. Are they open to prosecution too?

Returning persons who fought with ISIS are not being prosecuted, but let back into the UK to resume their lives among us! 

The Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice should end this prosecution and, instead, prosecute the extremists returning to live amongst us.
