--Cockney Rejects has consistently put out records that reflect their own artistic growth and change, without compromising the band's integrity for the sake of sales.
--Cockney Rejects has a huge, worldwide fanbase.
--Their 1980 song "Oi, Oi, Oi" was the inspiration for the name of the Oi! music genre.
--Outside of Cockney Rejects, each member has made his own contributions to the world of rock music, through production, outside musical efforts, guest appearances, and so forth.
--We believe that Cockney Rejects has been sorely overlooked for far too long by the popular media and the critics. The Hall of Fame was founded to recognize outstanding achievements and contributions to the world of rock music. Inducting Cockney Rejects will legitimize that claim by recognizing one band in particular that has contributed dramatically to the rock genre while continually preserving its integrity
