Weird Al Yankovic has been one of greatest rock and roll performers in the past 35 years .As the times and music has changed Mr. Yankovic has changed as an artist. He has performed a wide variety of music genres from folk to punk to grunge and even polka. Al has stayed on top of his game longer than some bands who are already in the rock and roll hall of fame. Mr. Yankovic has been eligible for the hall for many years but is never put on the ballot to get in.  We the people who sign this petition ask pretty please would you put him on the ballot for the upcoming class in 2017.  All types of music are in the rock and roll hall of fame and we believe comedic music is just as important as the others .
