Thanks to all the supporters who made this petition possible and helped us go live on Change.org! This is a call to fathers across the nation to stand up and make their voices heard.

We are not surrendering our rights or running away from responsibility. We are demanding the right to step away from situations that have become untenable and deeply unhealthy for both parents and children, largely due to the heavy-handed "intervention" of state governments.

It’s time to address the flaws of a system that turns children into financial leverage and discourages progress toward stronger family units. Abolishing outdated child support laws—or at the very least reforming them—will ensure that children are not used as tools for financial gain but are instead supported through healthier, more cooperative relationships between parents.

This fight is about fairness, equity, and the betterment of families. Together, we can push for meaningful change.
