Progress!

After complaining to my local hospital about their lack of policies supporting postpartum mothers they’ve now, with immediate effect, implemented a new policy to allow a support person to stay with post-partum mothers up to 14 days of age in their hospital! 
It’s not a National change but it’s a start to help protect parents mental health.
