Recently the Queen of England bestowed a Knighthood to Mr. Mel Togolo in the 2018 Queen's Birthday Honours list for Papua New Guinea.  Mr Togolo has betrayed his people of Bougainville and continues to this day as Chairman of the war criminal company, Bougainville Copper Limited,  to return to Bougainville to rape and pillage for the second time without the consent of the customary landowners of Bougainville. Mr. Togolo should not be honoured by the Queen of England, he should be in the Tower!
