A car runs over a dog and brakes it's limbs in Delhi

This incident took place At Sec 16 rohini g-1 block Delhi.The dog has broken its limbs and is suffering from serious pain. The police as not yet filed a case against the culprit. Please watch the attached video with this update. The animal activists urge the police to register an FIR against the person driving the car under IPC section 429 (mischief by killing or maiming an animal) that prescribes a maximum punishment of five years in jail, section 119 of the Maharashtra Police Act (cruelty towards animals) and the Motor Vehicle Act, section 184.
