NOT ONLY DO I WANT JUSTICE FOR MYSELF, I AM IN THIS FIGHT FOR THE REST OF THE INJURED WORKERS WITHOUT A VOICE!!!     My Personal story:  I was injured at work in 2008 by a coworker being rushed by the supervisors over the intercom pulling an overloaded load on an electric pallet jack. There were several witnesses to this incident to include the trainer that was training me for a position in the receiving department. (I was hired for 2 positions- Cashier & Receiving department).  As a result of that injury I also now suffer from an industrial disease called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome/Reflex Sympathetic dystrophy (CRPS/RSD) and other cumulative injuries.( If CRPS/RSD is left untreated it can be a crippling debilitating disease.) I was wrongfully terminated after I reported the Store manager of Winco foods hit/pushed my injured body part due to me not able to perform my regular job duties. (BASICALLY ASSAULTED ME) I was denied a promotion to be (V.I.P) and when asked I was told I did not qualify due to me being on light duty. All my co workers were in the running for this position. The store manager began to harrass and treat me different. Co workers harrassed me. The coworkers were offered promotions if they told him any information on me. I was on light duty when I was told to go sit in the snow and watch the building eventhough I complained about the air from the door contributed to issues with my injury... This is when I was made to sit outside to watch a roof that was caving in,  I was tortured for an injury that I did not self inflict but a result of Serious & willful misconduct by Winco Supervisors for rushing the coworker to perform unsafe duties . Not only did I suffer an injury I was assaulted on top of what I was already going through by the store manager. After reporting the assault by the store manager to Wincos corporate offices I was wrongfully Terminated 10 days later. (This assault was caught on camera). Liberty Mutual is Wincos WC insurance company. Liberty Mutual began sending me fraudulent documents as well as using illegal tactics toward me. Their attorneys began acting maliciously along with a California Highway patrol officer involved in which this is on film. They assaulted my husband and tried to take my document evidence. My 2 ex attorneys were involved as well as approx 5 doctors from different facilities have all falsified and altered my doctor reports and numerous staff at the Workers compensation Appeals Board. The judges are now participating in hindering me from what i am entitled to in which they have wrote false reports, and misleading documents have been presented to me during hearing. Liberty Mutual hired a civil attorney in an effort to silence me. The attorney sent me a cease and desist letter stating I can not mention anything to the courts about fraud. I then wrote a letter back to the attorney and stated  If it is true then it is not defamation. I advised i would not cease and desist and to open the door to sue me because he wont be able to shut it. Its been over a year and I have not heard from their attorney and I still mention the fraud because it is still going on. My husbands bank account at Chase bank was compromised. An insurance Banker dug into his account... sent him a text claiming his account was overdrawn by -9,999,999,999.000 in an attempt to get information for Liberty mutual insurance company. She requested documentation which was the same documentation Liberty Mutual previous tried to subpoena from business license board for a business we previously had. Along with other information we found and presented to the manager at Chase bank... The banker was terminated from employment. I have over 1700 documents to prove the over 160 issues of fraud that have been committed against me with this fraud conspiracy.  All the fraud has been done mostly by Claim administrator Lindsay Bostrom. I tried to give Liberty Mutual a chance to get it right before I realized the LAW BOOKS OF WORKERS COMPENSATION don't lie... This is FRAUD!!!  Their first offer was $49,480.00 to go away. I have been fighting for my medical treatment I am entiitled to. They think they can just throw money at me to silence me. I want all involved prosecuted and licenses tooken. . In the reports of the QME doctor he advised that I needed to be seen at a Tertiary Level facility hospital... his 5 reports have been ignored by the Insurance company as well as all parties involved.   I am asking that you sign my petition so that I can get the support of Kamala D. Harris Attorney General for California, Us Attorney General Eric E. Holder, Governor Jerry Brown... and the United States President Barack Obama.  to investigate my claim. There is no way all these people are involved unless thesy were benefiting from some type of gift or kick back.  Also I have been putting in documents to the courts in over a 2 year span and none of the Workers Compensation judges that held hearings insured that I get a doctor. I have been threatened by family members of the claim administrator for Liberty Mutual. Alot of other Maliciious acts have been committed, this is just to name a few. While they are playing with my medical treatment my health is being neglected.I have followed the proper channels in writing numerous letters to the Administrative Director Rosa Moran of WCAB, In which I have receive letters from her Advisor Susan Hamilton stating Mrs. Moran does not wish to address these issues with me and to refrain from contacting her office. She is the Administrative Director and it is her job to look into all allegations of FRAUD CONSPIRACY. At the present time her staff at the LONG BEACH WCAB... are holding my documents and not filing all the documents I put in to be filed in the courts. I have been misled by the Information & assitance officers from the Riverside & Long Beach WCAB. Defense attorney Nina Munoz is a part of this scheme... she is now a JUDGE AT THE LOS ANGELES WCAB... Probably continuing her fraud there on all injured workers. I had to get a restraining order against her  SHE WAS IN RAGE... ASSAULTED MY HUSBAND... GAVE ME MANY FRAUDULENT DOCUMENTS. She was a poor sport.. even with the JUDGES SHE HAD ON HER TEAM INVOLVED... She couldn't get pass my knowledge of Labor codes and document filing.  I am not going anywhere will fight even if it takes 20 Years!!!  Please sign and tell a friend or family.   I do believe there is strength in numbers...Please stand with me and support my cause.
