Well, it's clear no one cared(s)! - what next?

The President of India came & went and quite uneventfully as far as our request is concerned! Neither the 352 individual emails from the signatories to this petition nor the daily updates and requests I have sent to the entire presidential secretariat along with copies to the local government representatives seemed to have moved the needle a wee bit even! I agree we need to maintain this momentum. I propose the following; We should organize a peaceful, silent rally along the proposed route of 28KM. While we will not raise slogans, we will ensure enough messaging is done by way of placards, messages printed across t-shirts etc. Since the route is long & considering we need visibility, we can organize this as a bike & bicycle rally. Of course a few things need to be sorted out here. I am not aware of the procedure involved & the permissions required for organizing this kind of rally - can someone advise on this please? I am sure there are other ideas too, please share your views & opinions as comments to this update and help come-up with a viable follow-through protest!
