FIDES, an agency of the Vatican in Rome, in its publication of March 17th, 2012, denounced the depopulation of the Kivus and its repopulation by foreigners from Rwanda under the cover of operation “Paix Parfaite” (Perfect Peace), conjointly conducted by FARDC (DRC’s army controlled by Rwanda) and MONUSCO under Mr. Meece, with the ultimate aim being to balkanize the Congo and to annex the Congo’s Kivu provinces to Rwanda.
There are many other proofs of Mr. Meece’s allowing violence to take place against the Congolese population as well as facilitating the occupying forces of Rwanda and Uganda, working together with the Rwandan agent in Kinshasa, the impostor “Joseph Kabila” whose real name is Hyppolite Kanambe, as the CIA knows well, to continue to kill, rape, displace, and steal the Congo’s resources.
Therefore, we are petitioning the USA President to support our request for the removal of Mr. Roger Meece as the head of Monusco.
