I feel like a charity case

I just got my $400 annual payment. I've still got 2 kids, but one is over 16, so doesn't qualify. Thanks, but It didn't go far. If it were $4000 a year it would have 10 times the impact, or $400 a month, 12 times the impact. Then I might feel appreciated and rewarded, and be able to more readily meet the needs of my kids. Then they could concentrate on school instead of worrying about part time work.
