Seena Ghaziaskar has been banned from Pokemon on no evidence for an infraction that others do not receive such a harsh punishment for, and his appeal letters have been completely ignored. There are numerous examples of people getting disqualified from tournaments for marked cards and receiving no bans, while Seena is banned until January 1st, 2020. The punishment is inconsistent and does not fit the "crime". We believe that Seena is innocent and should be allowed to play, and his ban is completely unjustified given the complete lack of evidence against him.
