Less than 48 hours after launch we have an incredible 180 signatures.

This is an amazing response. However I know we have thousands of Alexandra Park users who absolutely loathe this dangerous, shared cycle path. 

I would appreciate you all thinking how you could increase the count, Whether that is by getting your partner, children, parents, in laws, the postman or milkman to sign is up to you.

But the most successful petitions benefit from sharing. If you are registered could you please post the petition on Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, Locally relevant websites?

Time is precious now and we need as many signatures as possible in the shortest time period.

We all agree Alexandra Park is absolutely not suitable for a shared cycle path and that accidents are inevitable. Safety should always come before financial interests and HBC needs a clear message that cyclists need their own dedicated route outside the park boundary.

Let's put safety first and bin this awful plan to wreck our listed park.
