We the undersigned petition Pennsylvania York County, District Attorney - David W. Sunday Jr., to convene an immediate Grand Jury to investigate the homicide death of Everett Palmer Jr. who died while in the custody of the Pennsylvania State, York County Department of Corrections. If Mr. Sunday is unable or unwilling to act, then we request that a special prosecutor, state attorney general or federal prosecutor be empowered to take charge of this case.
