Thank you so much again to everyone who has signed the petition so far.
Over 20,000 signatures in 13 days continues to show how important this subject is and how imperative it is that a conversation is held with the right people to make a lasting #changeforgemma
A couple of super updates from campaign HQ:
It’s now even easier to share the petition link thanks to the lovely people at change.org… it’s now as simple as: change.org/fullbodycheck
We’ve started using a hashtag ‘ #changeforgemma ’
And lastly (but by no means least) Gemma has been invited on to BBC Radio Leeds (the lovely Liz Green’s show) on Tuesday 19th November at 2pm to talk about her starting this campaign and the changes she would like to see.
You can listen to the show online here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/live:bbc_radio_leeds and we will share a link to the recording when it’s ready.
Again, thank you so much for all of the support, signatures and shares… please please keep talking about this topic, sharing the petition link (with the new shorter URL) and encourage as many people as possible to sign (and then share themselves).
Thank you again from Gemma and the team.
