After substantial research into what everyone wants, we have updated the Black Cap Pub Re-Opening Business Plan, which sets out our case for a highly attractive and desirable business opportunity for the right kind of future leaseholder or buyer of the Pub. After two years of a standoff, where everybody including Stephen Cox has heavily lost out, we are seeing Mr Cox, of Kicking Horse Ltd (Jersey), the Black Cap's owner tomorrow, to press the case very strongly indeed for his selling or leasing the Pub to someone who will open it. It's absolute focus is on centering performance and art, flexibility of use, a safe space, multiple activities, and quiet spaces that everybody in the LGBT+ Community wants, in a 7 day a week cycle of activities, at a grand historical venue, protected by the Pub's badge of sui generis and our Asset of Community Value order. There is a section we would like to ask you to peer-review in the coming weeks, and we'll ask you about this in the near future. Designed to be a diverse destination venue at the heart of Camden Town, and Including options for theatrical development, drinks and food choices, support of innovative new culture and performance, this will restore The Black Cap Pub as THE LGBT+ go to venue in North London from the very first day we get it re-opened. Whilst everybody in some way has contributed to this plan, it really is a written work of genius by Alex, and every section makes for a thrilling page-turning read.
