NFL fines a player for taunting in Super Bowl, but won't fine for an illegal hit

Hello petitioners - thanks again for signing. It was brought to my attention that the NFL has decided to fine a player for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers who "taunted" a player for the Kansas City Chiefs during the Super Bowl. This player threw up the "deuces" sign, resulting in a fine by the league. It's interesting to me that the NFL will take the time out to investigate this taunting and then fine a player, but they refuse to even review the hit from Daniel Sorensen on Rashard Higgins during the AFC Divisional Playoff game between the Cleveland Browns and Kansas City Chiefs. This just further indicates poor prioritization and blatant disregard for player safety in the NFL.
