Las Vegas is a decent sized city without an NFL team. Left Shark is an icon of Super Bowl 49. Both start with "L". The next Super Bowl is Super Bowl 50 (roman numeral L). Also, the Nickname of Jerry Tarkanian was "The Shark". Tarkanian worked to make Las Vegas famous for something other than gambling. What better way is there to honor this hero of the state of Nevada? Lastly, creating a new football team in Las Vegas would create jobs for the almost 9,500 homeless citizens of Clark County and generate revenue that is consistent with Las Vegas's image as an entertainment city, but not as heavily dependent on tourism. Like the Greenbay Packers, the team would be owned by citizens of the host city (Las Vegas).
