Our petition has been denied by the Supreme Court. Although we are disappointed by this news, we are not dissuaded in our fight to protect our monument.

This fight is not over, in fact it has just begun on a local level so we should not be discouraged. It is natural to feel disappointed when things don’t go our way so let’s stay positive together as we support one another on our path forward protecting our monument.
