To all of our signers, supporters, contributors, and friends, our petition containing 4,092 signatures was delivered yesterday Wednesday October 18th before close of business to each of the twelve members of the Caddo Parish Commission and the commission clerk on the eve of today's historic vote. Will the commission hear what the majority of local voters demand or will they bend to the loud and whining minority. All we can do today is wait, but tomorrow may be a different story.
