Animals should not be trapped in cages, starved, ignored, or uncared for, just so that people make a profit out of selling them. I've seen dogs and cats in pet stores around Lebanon locked in cages, howling, sick, and totally uncomfortable. Some of these pets are in smelly cages for months before their owner makes a profit out of them. Selling animals is like selling humans, both should be banned and punishable to a high decree! 

Make selling pets illegal. Pets should be adopted and cared for just like humans!
