10 de ago. de 2017 — UPDATE: Lee family have received an official decision letter from the department of immigration and border protection, and they are now on a permanent resident visa! Again, BIG thank you to everyone who have been supporting Lee family. (Picture by: David Crosling) Good afternoon all, we have a really good news. Hon. Alex Hawke, the assistant minister of immigration and border protection has reconsidered our case and decided to intervene our case. Lee's family now have received permanent resident visa to stay in Australia. - (Daniel Lee): Hello everyone, we would like to say a huge thank you for everyone who have been supporting and contributing for our family. This relief is incredible because we visited department of immigration on last week and case officer were asking us to leave Australia before 28th of September and show them a valid plane ticket to leave on 31th of August. All of our family were depressed because we couldn't understand we had to face this situation for something that was not our fault. However, in this morning, we received a letter that Hon. Alex Hawke has reconsidered our case and decided to intervene our family's case. We are so glad that David can continue his business in Australia, Jessica can continue playing piano for church communities, I and Bryan can continue studying in university, Richard can continue hanging out with his long time friends. We would like to specially thank to: -The Hon. Alex Hawke for kindly reconsidering our case -The Hon. Peter Dutton for kindly reconsidering our case -Julian Hill MP, who is a local MP and supported our family then spoke to the minister -The Hon. Alan Tudge, Minister for Human Services -The Hon.
