The petition has been mailed to the Mayor and the Chairperson of the City of Mimasaka, Okoyama Prefecture, Japan, with 142 signatures of individuals, leaders of various community organizations, religious organizations, political organizations, news media organizations, scholars, journalists, activists, ... from over 12 countries, including Vietnam.
