Billy Blank, aka Weed Man Hippy, is a professional beggar who calls into The Ben Maller Show every night from 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM.  His focus is to have people give him money because he was homeless for over a decade and is "living in a government assistance housing project".  He says he needs money for food and his phone, when in reality he needs it to fix his weed habit.

He also says he demands Ben Maller, host of the Ben Maller Show, to get him a TV deal on Fox and Fox Sports Networks.  His phone calls are annoying that one of the producers, Danny G, plays a sound effect to end his call.  It doesn't stop Billy from calling back because his intent is "LOVE" Ben Maller.  He gets angry when his calls are terminated and takes it to Twitter to attack Ben that he only gets no more than two minutes of air time.  He is zealous of Ben and he thinks Ben's show is better when he is on the whole time.

Billy Blank has an agenda that he wants to change the world.  What he needs is to spend time in a mental institution.  Please sign the petition to have him no longer call and sabotage the greatest overnight radio show in the United States.
