PETITION TO. The Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales-the Rt. Hon. Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd. The,  Minister and Secretary of State for Justice.

WE, who have signed this petition call upon, The Lord Chief Justice to change, The Judiciary's ruling that, "Article 9" of the "Bill of Rights 1689" is, ABSOLUTE. Thereby denying all challenge or questioning of parliament from within LAW in the Courts;

WE, call upon the Lord Chief Justice to re-rule that "Article 9" is not, ABSOLUTE; but is merely 'conditional'. The "People's Protection" clearly set out in the paragraph of this Bill known as "The Said Rights Claimed" specifically instructs Parliament and all, 'Readers of the Bill', that anyone may challenge Parliament in the courts; if and whenever, Parliament "PREJUDICE THE PEOPLE"

WE, who have signed this petition further call upon the Lord Chief Justice to rule that the, political party WHIPS in Parliament are unlawful; because, in their instructing Members of Parliament on how they should or must vote; this overrules and supplants all rightful influence placed upon those 'elected' Members of Parliament, by the constituents. This unlawful activity, flouts "The Said Rights Claimed" in the Bill; because, it creates, "PREJUDICE OF THE PEOPLE"

WE, therefore call upon the Lord Chief Justice to rule that the WHIPS in Parliament are UNLAWFUL; and, they must be abolished.

WE, who have signed this petition further call upon the Secretary of State for Justice, to carry out the following actions immediately,

A. Abolish and remove all traces of the WHIPS from Parliament.

B. Introduce a new law preventing any collusion by Members of Parliament to corrupt the 'Vote'; introducing the most serious consequences of ten years imprisonment and confiscation of all assets; for contravention. WE, signing this petition, make our intentions absolutely clear.

WE, are determined to create a, TRUE DEMOCRACY.
