Victory #1: Jennings is Out

Dear Fellow Petitioners, We wanted to update you on the most recent development regarding the #NotMyLU campaign. We have secured our first victory: Pres. Jennings has resigned effective immediately. Valerie Harrison, the university's general counsel, will serve as Acting President. Despite this great victory, our work is not yet over. Jennings' departure removes a major roadblock to securing needed anti-sexual violence policies at Lincoln University, so that it can serve as a model institution in the wake of the disastrous leadership. We must CONTINUE TO PETITION the Board of Trustees and the new acting president for these new policies and practices. Please, please, PLEASE continue to ask folks to sign the petition.
