I am rebranding! Introducing The Jacqueline Initiative for Judicial Accountability
Hello everyone, Thank you to all 863 of you standing with me. To protect my independence, I am officially changing my name from "Wendy's Law" to The Jacqueline Initiative for Judicial Accountability.
After my petition gained massive momentum, an NYC Council Member introduced an official city proposal using my exact petition name. To stop public confusion and keep my grassroots power, I am reclaiming the narrative. Please read the petition update from today.
I created this petition as a mother and a survivor of a weaponized legal system. My family was directly targeted: my child was unlawfully abducted through the courts, and my other child and I were forced to fight a malicious, meritless prosecution that was deliberately filed under fake names to hide the truth.

While politicians make speeches, everyday mothers are suffering the real-world consequences of legal overreach. My mission remains exactly the same. I am demanding New York State lawmakers pass strict reforms to: Federal oversight is needed.
1-Protect mothers and children from court-appointed abuse.
2-Criminalize malicious prosecutions and identity fraud in the courts.
3-Establish independent oversight for judges, prosecutors, and guardians.
